New OSHA Requirements: Electronic Submittal Of Injury and Illness Records

Effective January 1, 2017, OSHA revised its requirements for recording and electronically submitting work-related injuries and illnesses records for posting to the OSHA website. The new reporting requirements will be phased in over three years and pertain to establishments with 20+ employees in industries covered by the record-keeping regulation. Cisco Publishes Annual Cybersecurity Report

Cisco recently published its 2017 Annual Cybersecurity Report. According to the study, over one-third of organizations that experienced a cyber breach in 2016 reported a loss of customers and revenues. When breaches occur, operations and finance were the functions most likely to be affected (36 percent and 30 percent, respectively), followed by brand reputation and customer retention (both at 26 percent).
